Hi Leslie, First, see if it makes any difference if you reboot. If the print job is still hanging around (and you still can’t cancel it), you should try re-starting the Print Spooler service. Navigate to your “Services” screen -- open your control panel, then administrative tools. Click on the “Services” shortcut. Scroll down until you find the “Print Spooler” service. Highlight it, and re-start it. After the Print Spooler service restarts, you should be able to delete the print job from the queue. But, let me know either way… Good Luck, Mark
