RE: Start Stop Universal, version 9.8.4 -- Operating System: Windows Vista -- Problem: When attempting to play a DSS recording, it works for a few seconds then stops responding... Solution: In Start-Stop click on Configure -- and then click on Variable Speed Enabled so that the check mark is removed. This should stop the software from "not responding".
